Cross College Group was founded by two seasoned professionals with diverse experience across multiple sectors and strong academic backgrounds in law, immigration, and business.
With a shared vision and a wealth of industry knowledge, they combined their expertise and knowledge to establish Cross College Group in Malta, a higher education institution dedicated to academic excellence and practical learning. Building on this success, they went on to launch an English Language School in Malta.

Dr Karl Cordina
School Director
Dr Karl Cordina is the Co-Founder and School Director of Cross College Group, where he leads the institution with a clear vision: to deliver world-class education in Malta while shaping confident, future-ready leaders.
A warranted lawyer by profession, Dr Cordina brings extensive experience in corporate services, immigration law, and business strategy. His multidisciplinary background allows him to guide Cross College Group with both academic integrity and strong operational leadership. His strategic mindset ensures that Cross College Group remains innovative, student-centred, and aligned with international educational standards.
Beyond Cross College Group, he is also the Founder and Managing Director of Belgravia Advisory and Co-Founder of Tyfany, a boutique accounting and advisory firm. He is equally committed to community empowerment, having co-founded TCN Malta, a non-profit initiative supporting Third Country Nationals living and working in Malta.
At Cross College Group, Dr Cordina campaigns for academic excellence, innovation, and the holistic development of every student, ensuring that education extends beyond the classroom and prepares learners for real-world success. Dr Cordina speaks Maltese, English and Italian.
Saikumar Oraganti
Centre Coordinator
Saikumar Oraganti is the Co-Founder and the Centre Coordinator at Cross College Group, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the institution, ensuring that academic and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
With a strong background in operations management, workforce planning, and consultancy, Saikumar brings valuable expertise to Cross College Group. His professional journey includes founding and leading 369 Malta Pvt Ltd, a company specialising in fleet operations, manpower solutions, and consultancy services in Malta.
At Cross College Group, Saikumar plays a central role in coordinating academic schedules, supporting faculty, managing student services, and maintaining operational standards. His experience in managing teams and optimising systems enables him to create structured, efficient processes that enhance both the student and staff experience.
Holding a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Messina and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, he combines analytical thinking with practical leadership. His commitment to efficiency, growth, and service excellence aligns with Cross College Group’s mission. Saikumar is dedicated to ensuring that every student’s journey at Cross College Group is well-organised, seamless, and enriching. He speaks Telugu, Hindi and English.
Mario Cordina
Director of Studies
Mario Cordina is the Director of Studies at Cross College Group, where he leads the academic department and contributes to academic strategy, quality assurance and curriculum development. With more than three decades of experience in education, training, and academic management, he has led schools, departments, and international educational initiatives across Europe.
Mario holds an MA in Film Studies, a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Psycholinguistics, and a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Malta. He also holds a Level 7 Trinity College London CertIBET qualification in Teaching and is CELTA qualified. He is currently a PhD researcher in Audio-Visual Studies and also serves as Coordinator and Part-Time Lecturer for the MA Film Studies programme within the Faculty of Arts at the University of Malta.
Throughout his career, Mario has specialised in academic leadership, teacher training and international education development. His academic background and experience allow him to combine strategic thinking with a strong student-centred educational philosophy.
Mario has worked extensively with multicultural teams and international students, contributing to educational projects, institutional partnerships, and professional training initiatives. He is committed to maintaining high academic standards while fostering innovation, critical thinking, and inclusive learning environments.
At Cross College Group, Mario plays a key role in supporting academic excellence, educational development, and institutional quality. He speaks English, Maltese, Polish, Italian, and French.
Arunkumar Oraganti
Admissions Manager
Arunkumar Oraganti is the Admissions Manager at Cross College Group, where he oversees the full admissions journey for local and international students. From initial enquiries to enrolment and visa coordination, he ensures that every student receives clear guidance and professional support throughout the process.
With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a strong background in quality management and operations, Arunkumar brings structure, efficiency, and strategic coordination to the admissions department. His detail-oriented approach ensures that application procedures, documentation, and visa processes are handled accurately and smoothly.
Arunkumar plays a key role in building relationships with prospective students and international partners, aligning admissions processes with the College’s commitment to accessibility and global engagement. Known for his organisational skills and adaptability, he excels at managing multiple processes while maintaining a student-focused approach.
At Cross College Group, he is dedicated to making the transition to studying in Malta as seamless and stress-free as possible. Arunkumar speaks Telugu, Hindi and English.
Elisha Ghimire
Admissions Officer
Elisha Ghimire is an Admissions Officer at Cross College Group, where she supports students throughout their application and enrolment journey. With a strong administrative background and a passion for student support, she ensures that every applicant receives personalised attention and guidance.
Holding a Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Elisha brings exceptional organisational skills and a service-driven mindset to the College. She assists with admissions procedures, study guidance, recruitment initiatives, and student communications, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
Her study background enhances her ability to build strong rapport with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and approachable nature, qualities that reflect Cross College Group’s commitment to student care and excellence.
Elisha contributes to maintaining a supportive and inclusive academic environment where students feel confident and well-guided from their first interaction with the college. She speaks Nepali, Hindi and English.
Polash Talukder
Head of Teaching, Accreditation & Student Oversight
Polash Talukder is the Head of Teaching, Accreditation and Student Oversight at Cross College Group, where he leads the academic team while ensuring the highest standards of educational quality, regulatory compliance, and student support.
In his role, Polash oversees curriculum delivery, academic quality assurance and accreditation processes. He works closely with lecturers to maintain consistency in teaching standards, strengthen academic governance, and enhance the overall student learning experience. He ensures that Cross College Group remains aligned with regulatory requirements.
Polash holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management and Tourism from the University of Malta, with advanced study in Management Science, Decision Analysis, Strategic Management, and Enterprise Development.
Before fully transitioning into academia, Polash gained extensive experience within Malta’s hospitality sector, overseeing property operations and managing teams.
Known for his diligent work ethic, structured approach, and supportive leadership style, Polash leads with care and focus. He is committed to maintaining an organised and motivating learning environment where both teachers and students can perform at their best. His dedication reflects Cross College Group’s commitment to delivering quality education in Malta. He speaks Bangla and English.
